At Nelsons, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip or return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the items pass our quality inspection.
